Are you ready for KSeF 2.0?

With the upcoming mandatory adoption of KSeF 2.0 — effective from February 1 for large enterprises and from April 1 for all businesses — organizations across Poland face increased requirements for the reliability and scalability of their IT infrastructure supporting electronic invoicing.

Despite this, many KSeF 2.0 implementations still rely on a single on-premise server with limited fault tolerance and no redundancy. Such architectures create a single point of failure and significantly increase the risk of downtime during peak invoice periods or maintenance windows, directly impacting business continuity.

To address these challenges, Cloudsy offers a cloud-based deployment model designed to ensure high availability, resilience, and compliance for KSeF 2.0 integrations. In this architecture, ERP systems are hosted in Cloudsy’s cloud environment, deployed on virtual machines or in containerized form, and supported by multi-node clustering with automated failover at both the virtual machine and infrastructure levels. Load balancing ensures stable handling of API requests to KSeF 2.0, while continuous monitoring provides real-time visibility into system health, queue status, and response times. Backup and disaster recovery mechanisms, including regular snapshots, off-site replication, and immutable storage, further enhance operational resilience.

From a security and compliance standpoint, Cloudsy’s solution ensures that data is stored in EU-based Tier III data centers, with encrypted storage and network communications, as well as role-based access control aligned with regulatory requirements.

As a result, Cloudsy enables organizations to build a highly available, fault-tolerant, and compliant ERP environment that guarantees uninterrupted KSeF 2.0 invoice submission — even during peak loads or infrastructure failures — supporting both regulatory compliance and long-term business stability.
